“Hi! I have lived here for about, hmm, 5ish years altogether. I lived with a roommate back in 2019-2021 and then again since July of 2024 with two roommates. Same apartment. The management has changed drastically since before. It used to be difficult to work with management, but the new folks in charge have been absolutely AMAZING. They are very communicative and friendly when you call the office, and everything that we have needed has been attended to quickly and effectively.
We recently had a situation where I discovered some mold growing near the window in the bathroom. This was a first, and we are not dirty people by any means. It was because the bathroom didn't have a fan, and there was a lack of ventilation. In the past, we accepted that we didn't have a fan because management would not fix anything in the apartment, or if they did it would take weeks. I called the main office to let them know there was mold, and asked how I could clean it up. When Liza in the office found out that we didn't have a bathroom fan, she immediately had the maintenance guy Joe come and take a look. The very next day, Joe brought a fan and installed it. Before he left, we expected a mess to clean up, but he even asked us politely to use our broom and dustpan and he cleaned our bathroom up himself. Now, after a day of airing everything out, there is NO mold and we FINALLY have a fan!!!
Big, big thank-you's to everyone who has helped us, from Liza to Joe to everyone who answers the phones. They keep the parking lot and sidewalks clear, they let us know when we need to move cars, and are simply WAY more professional than the last management ever was. Thank you so much for being there for us, it makes the three of us in the apartment want to stay for another year!”
