Orchard Trails is a great place to live. It is relatively affordable and well maintained especially by the maintenance workers Eric and Zach. Every time I need something they do a great job in a timely fashion! 10/10 all around :)

Excellent living quarters, hallways need to be cleaned more often. Police take care of any noise complaints which is good.

Awesome spot to live! 24/7 clubhouse access, super close walk to campus and center of town, and lots of fun! Office staff is always so friendly and helpful :) Vince and Shaelea always help out with any questions I have
