“Spoke to Jacob at Paris store. Some windows on house are 20 plus years old. Needed new screens. Jacob researched it and got back to me quickly. Ordered and two weeks later as promised they were in. What I paid may be the going price, I think especially considering the beyond excellent service , the efficiency and the accuracy, the “price” was particularly fair. How do I rate a business? Staff, courtesy and communication and follow up are of the highest priority to start. Need a new screen? First stop and most likely last is the Paris Portland Glass with Jacob at the helm. I’ll be back.”

“You truly can't do better for auto sales, service, body work, detailing in Maine. I mean it! We have a Dodge Ram and a Dodge Durango, and this is the only place we go if those vehicles need service, or if we've had an accident or need body work. I drive a Ford Expedition MAX because the Wagoneer wasn't an option back in 2020 when I needed a super huge SUV and I took it to them when I was in an accident because they are the BEST.I had an appointment today to get an estimate on having them paint a trailer and the man I met with took photos and talked with Bessey's experts and then called me to give me more affordable options for the work I need done, as they specialize in collision repair, and cars, trucks, SUVs, NOT trailers. Mind you, I called Goodwin Chevrolet in Oxford yesterday, and their response when I said I needed my trailer repainted was, "we wouldn't be interested in that project." Bessey's work force is kind and they treat you seriously and KINDLY if you have a project whether it "interests" them, or not. I bought a brand new Jeep Sahara Wrangler from them years ago that they had built for me and the entire transaction was awesome. It was easily my most favorite vehicle I've ever owned. I, unfortunately, needing a much bigger SUV.I couldn't recommend a car dealer more adamantly. Someone needs to give the young man who helped me today a raise. I wish I'd caught his name! George? Jacob? Body shop, back cubicle. Super good guy! Thank you Bessey! I'm an enormous fan!”

“The entire staff was great, including Travis, Doug and Joe. Now is a tough time to buy a new car, but theses guys were wonderful, keeping me informed all the way, no surprises at end. I ended up with a fantastic 2022 Grand Cherokee, even a little cheaper than I expected. “I was quoted over $5,000 dollars by the dealership to get my car fixed, and was told I could not get an inspection sticker until everything was fixed. They gave me a list of what my vehicle needed. A quick Google search showed that what I needed fixed would only cost a fraction of the cost they quoted me, but as you can imagine I was completely panicked at where to take my vehicle, untrusting of the service I would receive.
My Dad suggested Naples Small Engine… they fixed my car with a quick/efficient turn around time and did such a good job. They were honest, and kind, and returned to me a vehicle that was no longer making any clingy rattling noises, and it passed inspection! They did the fixes at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend their service!”
“My family and I bought a beautiful silverado on Tuesday. Our sales person was Eric. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Taylor in finance was very thorough and efficient. He also gave us dinner recommendations at the xvault. We had an amazing meal. There is a corn hole game set up in the show room. “Dr. Rob’s immaculate garage is full of expert staff and interesting customers. Just today I met a hobby farmer who keeps cows, goats, pigs and sheep in additional to providing transportation for farm animals in the New England region. Another customer who practices “nose to tail” cooking was quite interested to meet the hobby farmer and get his number as a source for goat… the third gentleman waiting with us administers meds and runs yoga at a rehab center. We decided we could enlist the yoga teacher and expand Dr. Rob’s services to include “goat yoga at the hobbit farmers place while waiting for cars to be repaired….” Great staff, expert service, interesting customers!”
“They bailed us out of a tough situation. AAA gave them bad information, they immediately put us at the head of their list when they realized where we were They got us towed out from a dangerous location within 20 minutes of us talking directly to them. AAA was no help. Its the second time in 3 weeks that AAA left us by the side of the road with no progress updates. I can't say enough good about Colonial. We hope to use them for the body works repair.”
