“This was my first time shopping in your store and I have to tell you ....your staff are real gems..the second we walked in we met Dakota and he took the time to help us out..he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed done..he was so very helpful and took the time to explain stuff on line that we didn't understand..what a real bonus for the Ocean State Job Lot..such a pleasant gentleman..then while shopping we had so much help from the associates..then I cashed out first and Eric was wonderful.i told him this was my first time shopping there so I wasn't sure how to give him the number he needed..he was so friendly and helped me right along. It is so hard to get workers like these workers..smiles always and so helpful.I just want you to know after we left your store we went next door and as we cashed out my daughter and I looked at each other..the cashier in that store, had she smiled her face would probably had cracked..what a difference from you store..Applaud to your store for hiring such good people..we will be back for sure. “Take a look see what you can find, I see a complaint about a 1500.00 gold chain someone received 600 for and he complained. I would say he does not know jewelry has a 600% mark up, as soon as it leave the store it's value drops like a stone. Like buying a car, you may have paid 40,000 for it but see what a dealer will give you. If you shop smart you can get the deals you are often looking for.”
