We started with an initial meeting to see what we were pre-qualified for, and he answered any and all questions we had regarding different types of loans and how the process works (and we had TONS of questions). David was extremely honest, kind, informative, and patient with us through this process. He was extremely attentive at answering our questions, emails, and phone calls at all hours of the day. He did a fantastic job at educating and explaining things to us as we needed some guidance as it was our first time. From start to finish working with David and the team at Bangor Savings Bank was enjoyable to work with and David tried his best to make it as stress free as it could be! David had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process.”

Nicholas Hallowell helped to get me all set up along with all of the information I would need to get payroll set up through Bangor Payroll. Phil from payroll was very helpful in the process as well, a special gesture of gratitude goes to Nick for talking me through an honestly nerve wracking first encounter with things typically beyond my paygrade that I now had to become familiar with. He was kind, helpful and very insightful for the questions I had. I hope to see him climb the ranks at this branch because any visit after that first one he has gone above and beyond even working a few minutes past his shift to make sure I was taken care of. My loyalty will stay with Bangor Savings for the foreseeable future to say the least.”
