Boost mobile has the absolute worst customer service there is. Save yourself the trouble and do not give them any information.

He is a scammer. Sim card from boost is free normally or $5 at a non boost mobile retailer. He says it will be $10, plus $20 to activate, not including a plan. These charges don't line up with boost mobile policy and is an outright scam.

Coming from a person who used to manage boost stores. This was the worst customer service possible. If this guy was one of my employees back then I wouldve fired him on the spot. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. I would call corporate but I don't think they will last long.
