“Switching carriers has never been so easy. Andrew was excellent to work with. Never felt like I was being sold. Guy knew his stuff and I bought it all. 💪”
“Eric was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire process. I usually have a hard time understanding these things, but Eric was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and effective. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He definitely deserves a raise!”

“This store has been open since I was 11! I’m no size 11 in shoe. Same carrier since gifted phone program, I survived. They closed my line per request. Nice place for trainers.”
“Spent hours on the phone with tech support to no avail. Finally went in and she solved it in less than 20 minutes. No charge, no frustrating questions, in and out.”
“I like shopping at this kohl's the most. They are always neat and clean. Their floor layout is simple to navigate. They always have great selections and great sales. I can always find something for the whole family in one place. Staff is friendly and helpful”

“I had the best customer service experience with Jacob! He made the trade in process easy and was super helpful assisting me a handful of times after my initial visit because I had complications with my previous carrier.”
