“Pat's Meat Mart is the real deal. A Portland institution going back to the 1920s and you feel that history the moment you walk in. This is not a grocery store meat counter. This is a proper butcher shop with people who actually know what they are talking about.
I have been coming here for years and the quality is consistently excellent. Handmade sausages, fresh cuts, local products, and a selection that puts any chain to shame. But honestly what keeps me coming back is the people. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Shoutout to Matt who is always a pleasure to deal with.
