Hands down the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. The pharmacist is passive aggressive, condescending, and should reconsider working in the medical profession.

I am out of an important prescription. I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak to an actual person. They told me it's out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive it. I tried to work with the person who answered the phone to figure out a solution and she hung up on me. Unbelievable.

Nice CVS location with friendly staff. Had to stop by for my girlfriend to visit the minute clinic. Everything we needed was readily available.

Don't come here expecting speedy service at the pharmacy. These people look exhausted and clearly don't care any more than they have to. I came in to get free Covid tests, and they told me I have to wait 20 minutes to get 4 test boxes handed to me. This was after waiting in line for ten minutes. Go to Osco for much better service. The only reason I'm here is that Osco is closed for lunch.

I have been a customer for many years. They used to be patient, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately now they are just the opposite. Especially the pharmacist. I take many medications, and feel it's important to fill them at the same place. I have been hung up on, given attitude, and been made to feel as if I'm a bother. I pay a lot of money for medications, and have over thirty years in Healthcare. I'm far from stupid, and don't appreciate being treated as though I am. If they don't like their job, they should do something else, not take it out on customers. Maybe if CVS paid their employees a living wage they could keep help! So disapointed in CVS. Probably going to change to a different pharmacy. I would not recommend them anymore. Very sad.

The Auburn Avenue CVS is a fine pharmacy and general store that I will continue to frequent. I love the coupons and the products that you sell. The staff is extremely helpful at all times and to all of the other customers. Brenda Goldblatt

Booked a varicella vaccination appointment, which was confirmed. There was an asterisk in the booking confirmation. When we arrived we were told the asterisk meant that the vaccine *might* be available in NH or MA. Waste of time and rude to boot.

The pharmacy is understaffed but it is no excuse for the poor customer service and disregard to wanting to help customers. I had a prescription I NEEDED for that night and when I went hours after it was called in, it wasn't ready. Fine. I had a prior engagement I couldn't miss. I called saying I was slated to be there at exactly 8pm and they said they couldn't guarantee they'd be open as they close at 8. I walked into the pharmacy at 7:59pm as the gate was closing and they wouldn't help me. The entire management team should be fired. We will never shop at this CVS ever again for anything.
