Booked a varicella vaccination appointment, which was confirmed. There was an asterisk in the booking confirmation. When we arrived we were told the asterisk meant that the vaccine *might* be available in NH or MA. Waste of time and rude to boot.

Never have my prescriptions ready even after calling and ordering ahead of time. Never answer the phone even after being on hold 30min to an hour than being hung up on.
