Contacted them about a door installation. Received automated response that they would get back to me. Weeks later, didn't get back to me. I emailed them again with a copy of the original request. Get back an automated response that I was responding to an unmonitored email address. So I'm done with Lowes.

They overwork and under pay there employees . The mangers are absolutely terrible customers get fed up with major staff shortages directly due to bad mangment causing there staff to quit . Do not support Lowes in any location go to any place but Lowes .
