I recently had a terrible interaction with staff at the TD And Hollywood Florida. When I say this team, Autumn, Jackson, and Cindy changed my whole perspective. They are amazing and go beyond and above for customers!

Drive thru is the worst. I deal with 5 other banks in the are and td is the slowest in even acknowledging that you are there waiting.

I was told to call and make an appointment before coming in to do a wire transfer. I called and got a machine with a long message and was unable to do that. Choices: wait in lobby or wait for call back..... Not good.
