“I contacted SW Collins about shipping an item they had in stock that seemingly nobody else had available. Order was processed and shipped promptly and arrived in perfect shape. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again.”
“Rented twice from the location in Presque Isle, ME. Second time, the pull rope of the compactor I attempted to start broke. I brought it back, worried that I'd still get charged something, but with no questions asked, I was given a full refund. This is the way business should be conducted. Very pleased and highly recommend renting from Grand True Value Rental!”

“Austin the manager was amazing. Austin went above and beyond to help me out. When I explained that I drove 120 miles to get a chop saw. Only to find out ot was out of stock. Austin sold me the display model. Austin made sure the chop saw had all the right parts, Austin is very knowledgeable of the tools and the equipment Lowes offers n sells in store. It was really nice meeting Austin and doing business with Lowe's. Thank You”

“Good prices for what it is. Wish they had more selection. Big box prices without the big box feel I guess. Wish there was more things available. But.. overall good prices. I have yet to break any tools from here. ? so there is that.”
