Although I've never had a problem at the Presque Isle location, other than the fact that it says they carry the mobile phones, but they do not. It's a very busy place, people waiting at the door as soon as they open.

Employees are helpful and courteous. Able to get internet set up same day since I was a customer in the past. Equipment was easy to setup, and with the speeds we have now, multiple devices cause no problem on download/upload speeds.

Going to the Presque Isle Maine store was more beneficial than dealing with customer service at the national center.
