The units are very clean and have not found any rodents at all. They send me a reminder each month that my payment is coming up. I like that part.

I've stored with them for the past 3 years and absolutely loved the service and convenience! I will say some of my items get water damaged if I don't properly pack them and sometimes bugs get in but it's only on the tote bags I leave open and on the ground.

Our 3yrs dealing with All American Storage have been fantastic! We used both an exterior unit and interior unit during that time and had no problems at all. Hunter was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I would have zero hesitation using them in the future!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is a bit on the old side, but it's a good self storage place. Access in and out is easy and the entire place is fenced in.

This facility is old and maintenance has been lacking. The building is rusty and dirty. Gaps in the doors allow dust, dirt and water to enter and damage your stored items. Doors latches are so rusty they are difficult to open and close. Rental rates are also not competitive with places across town.

We were able to store my wife’s oil painting for four years without environmental or rodent damage. The storage unit was convenient and had good hours for access.

Just cleaned out my storage locker after four years. If you need storage in the Richmond Me. area you're in luck, there is now anempty unit. This place had locks on 99 percent of its units.
