“Roger had finished his day and was actually in the tub when we knocked on his door. We had a kitten stuck somewhere in the car. Roger spent a couple of hours taking apart the dashboard, console, and finally the glove box. Kitten was caught up in the wires behind the glove box. Roger put the whole car back together and we were able to get the kitten much needed help.During the whole fiasco Roger maintained a calm attitude and never gave up. Fiasco (that is what we named him) is doing much better. He needed fluids and medication. Now a playful kitten. Kitty would not have made it if weren't for Roger's skill in taking apart the car and of course his kindness in doing so, even though he was off the clock. Roger and his wife, Jen are heroes! Thank you!”

“Was on trip to Acadia (5 hours from home) and we stopped off highway to let our dogs take a bathroom break. On way back to highway our van shook and all of a sudden our check engine light went on. We happened to be driving by and pulled in to make sure we could continue the drive (3 hours away) safely. DJ was so nice and took 20 minutes to look under hood and hooked van up to see if there was anything serious. We got a clean bill of health to continue our trip and will have vehicle more thorough checked when we get home . Appreciate how kind they were and they took time out of their busy day to help tourists!”
