“Don was truly amazing in helping me out of a tough situation, my car battery was toast and I was unable to be serviced until days later, he went above and beyond to help me get a working battery in that same day. He was incredibly kind and patient and refused to give up even after what seemed like the 6th set-back, not to mention I'm pretty sure he stayed after hours after a long day to make sure I left with a working battery. On top of all that, this man continued to run the show inside while training a brand new employee and his customer service never wavered. Honestly an incredibly pleasant experience at a rough time, and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to have helped me. Seriously awesome dude, Thanks again Don.”

“The two gentlemen working tonight (8/18/23 roughly 7:30pm) practically saved my life tonight. The bolts on my windshield wipers came lose during all the rain and I almost got stranded. The tall blonde guy and the other guy with black curly hair were insanely nice, fast and helpful. Tightened the bolts and made sure my wipers worked half an hour before they closed.I wish I grabbed names but I am so incredibly thankful for those two for helping me out last second and for their kindness.”

“They separated from VIP both guys at desk were helpful ofc I tried to use a napa gift card..we couldn't figure it out why it wouldn't go through..that was on me but we all laughed, they right down road I still go even though I have 50$ piece in my wallet . All on a Sunday from a one day order..other places were 2 weeks.. thank you”
