They helped handle the insurance piece, coordinated the rental car to arrive when I was there, and Jake, my appraiser, was super friendly and clearly loves what he does! They even cleaned the inside of my car and windshield -- what a pleasant surprise for me! My car has never looked better. I'll definitely be recommending them for anyone who needs services!”
