“I would not suggest getting the Jeep trucks. They do not handle highway bumps well. As for the mountain roads up in Andor, the vehicle is great. The customer reps here are very polite. I don't enjoy the fact that you can not walk out and pick the vehicle, even as an executive member.”

“I rented from this Enterprise earlier this month during a weekend in Kennebunkport. The experience was good overall. I made my reservation online in advance of my trip, so once I landed I just had to navigate from the main airport to the rental area. Everything was well labeled so, so far so good. Truly the only part of check-in I could "complain" about was that the gentleman at the desk who was finalizing the rental was clearly not listening to everything I said. He asked three or four times if I had a preference of the car I got. Truly I didn't - I just needed to drive from Point A to Point B on a Friday afternoon, and back on Sunday. He finally stopped asking me what car I wanted when his female colleague loudly told him to knock it off. (Thank you, ma'am!) I get it, sir: you wanted to be helpful. But I had been up and traveling 12 hours at that point - I'm glad your coworker realized the best way to help me was to just get me on the road. Finally I was set loose to go get my car. This was actually the hardest part. The garage is NOT well labeled or even particularly well lit, so once I had left the building I was quickly turned around. Fortunately garage staff were able to nudge me in the right direction to the car. But seriously: better signage and lighting for the whole garage (and all the rental companies) would be great. That ends the tale of getting the car. Bringing it back was much less eventful - a staff member came over, asked how my trip was, and also asked if I knew anything about a big crack in the windshield that I didn't see when first leaving the dark garage. Fortunately he understood that there was no way I had caused that loooong crack during a two day rental period. It was noted for the team to deal with and off the airport I went. In summary: Very straightforward, no major problems at all. I'd rent from them again during a future trip.”

“Outstanding service. We were met by Jennifer who was great upon arriving from NY around 930pm. Unfortunately they didn't have our original car we requested due to customer not returning vehicle on time. So we took a larger vehicle and was told we could return this the next day for a smaller vehicle if we found it too big which we did. Again easy process. Due to Hurricane Lee we had to extend our rental for one more day and Lauren and Ali on the desk where polite, personable and considerate which enabled us to drive direct to JFK. Great service, friendly professional staff and would not only recommend but also use in the future on our next trip the US. Thank you.”
