He came immediately and rolled up, just as I was walking out. Talk about service!! We were at Enterprise in 2 minutes, wrapped up the rental details, and I was on the road 5 minutes later. “We rented a car for our Maine vacation from
Alamo. This was the most hassle-free experience I've had in a while renting. I usually have a mountain of paperwork, insurance questions, and, of course, upcharges to try to sell me on. I did not notice any hidden fees or surprise charges. The person behind the counter, Paul Conley, was great. He was super friendly, and it appeared he wanted to make sure we were happy. I asked him several questions about things to do in the area and where to eat, and he cracked out a list with dozens of places to eat and where to eat if looking for certain types of food (seafood, chicken, Italian). Paul went above and beyond my expectations of an assistant behind the counter.
We were in line and in our car in about twenty minutes, beginning our vacation. Alamo had the best price for the car we rented, since we have a large family. There was a fairly large selection of vehicles to choose from. Our vehicle was almost brand new and was a very comfortable ride for the nature of our visit. The car was clean, and we had no issues while driving. We had no problems with the return or questions regarding our car. The associate looked over our things, took our keys, and we were on our way again. It was so nice not having to stand in a long line to return our car. I never once felt pressured to pay for additional services with Alamo, and it was a breeze to drop off and pick up our car. I plan on using Alamo in the future because of this experience. I would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely trouble free! Made the reservation through AARP and everything was exactly as it should be. The rental desks were down a long ramp and there were long lines at all the desks, but we had preferred status and hardly had to wait. Our car was a cute Toyota Corolla with plenty of room for two and was clean and drove great on those narrow country roads. Returning the car to the airport was fast and without problems. Plus, the price was great thanks to two discounts we received from Budget and AARP.”
