Shaw's is a grocery store where shopping is generally pleasant, with a clean store where things are easy to find. The staff are friendly and pleasant, often going above and beyond to provide great service. The store has undergone a transformation with a great new layout and fantastic new food selections. It features a full produce department, a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood including sushi trays, a bakery with custom cakes and cupcakes, and a deli offering party trays and platters with an Order Ahead service. The pharmacy provides immunizations and prescription refills. Grocery delivery and DriveUp & Go are available. Some customers note prices can feel overpriced and wish for more competitiveness. There can occasionally be disappointments, like advertised sale items not being available due to staffing. Overall, many customers appreciate the store and plan to shop there again.
The 2 people who was running the self checkout was very pleasant today considering they helped out my friend and I four times and the store was very clean plus things were easy to find

Cleaner, Pleasant staff. Still overpriced, I could be shopping in Britain. Wish they were more competitive, I went with a friend, she likes shopping there, I may go back.

Very disappointed that on a Sunday Shaws in Saco is "not making today" their fried chicken. Just so happens it is on sale this week for $6.99. I understand there was a staffing shortage during covid but come on, if you have an item on sale have it made. On a Sunday no less!!!
