They never answer their phone during normal business hours, and no matter how many times I ask them to use my mailing address rather than my physical address, they always ignore me.

Decent bank, but horrible interest rates for checking and Savings.Highly recommend having an online only bank ( So Fi or Ally) are my other 2 I use. ( As of 7/7/2022 SoFi pays 1.5% on savings and Checking.TD is my go to for a " Physical Bank"
