The younger guy that works there is great every time I go in, but that will never make up for how incredibly rude the other gentleman has been.

Dropped off christmas presents to be shipped. Did the pak n ship . The customer service i received was 2nd to none. Very friendly, patient, answered all my questions and even honored a coupon they didn't accept. I got my packages out without a headache and peace of mind. Will use again.
