“Took my beloved 2007 Odyssey to IRA Honda for state inspection but alas, she’d reached her end with frame rot, leaks and a few other issues I was unwilling to repair. As I waited, I noticed a beautiful 2021 Honda Clarity on their lot. It was in mint condition, one owner with a Car Fax report showing it was as good as it looked. The price was right for my needs and the deal was done! It only took a few hours to get the paperwork completed and they even took my Odyssey in trade. A most appreciated, fun buying experience! “My wife and I were buying a new car at Prime Toyota in Saco and weren't happy with their trade-in offer for our vehicle. I posted a listing on Facebook marketplace and within 4 hour hours, Jay was at my house. My defenses immediately went up when he introduced himself as a dealer and started showing me the app on his phone that he used to decide how much to pay for a car and what he could realistically sell it for. I re-stated the price I wanted, Jay called his partner and we agreed on a price that was more than the two other people who drove the car earlier wanted to pay. In the end, our new car dealer raised their trade-in offer. With the money we saved on sales tax, that turned out to be the better, easier deal for us, but I was really impressed with Jay's honesty, professionalism, follow-up and energy. I'm pretty sure I'm going the used car route for my next car. When I do, I'll be calling Jay and recommending him to all my local friends in the meantime. I'm not surprised to see so many reviews mentioning him by name as a great person to work with. He truly is.”

Once there, Marcelo was very open and honest about the damages & price estimates regarding my car. As a woman, I TRULY hate dealing with car shops because i feel like someone is always trying to take advantage of me. That definitely wasn’t the case here. From start to finish, Marcelo was my point of contact and he was very informative about every detail regarding my car. Although a couple minor hiccups arose (one with trade in and another with out of state registration) they quickly rectified the issues.
