“Took my beloved 2007 Odyssey to IRA Honda for state inspection but alas, she’d reached her end with frame rot, leaks and a few other issues I was unwilling to repair. As I waited, I noticed a beautiful 2021 Honda Clarity on their lot. It was in mint condition, one owner with a Car Fax report showing it was as good as it looked. The price was right for my needs and the deal was done! It only took a few hours to get the paperwork completed and they even took my Odyssey in trade. A most appreciated, fun buying experience! Recommended!”

“READ THIS BEFORE HIRING A DETAILER!!!! Ive used a company in Cape Elizabeth not long ago I was so unhappy with the job they did and at $275 It so dirty. That experience almost made me not want try anyone else. Lucky for me I stopped and talk to the owner Steve at Young's Auto. His direction to what I needed was flawless. His price was comparable, and trust me, Pay extra and have him buff out your headlights. They now look brand new again. I'm not gonna lie my truck was a disaster, my carpet disgusting but Young auto made my truck look like it just rolled off the lot. #doublebuff”

“My wife and I were buying a new car at Prime Toyota in Saco and weren't happy with their trade-in offer for our vehicle. I posted a listing on Facebook marketplace and within 4 hour hours, Jay was at my house. My defenses immediately went up when he introduced himself as a dealer and started showing me the app on his phone that he used to decide how much to pay for a car and what he could realistically sell it for. I re-stated the price I wanted, Jay called his partner and we agreed on a price that was more than the two other people who drove the car earlier wanted to pay. In the end, our new car dealer raised their trade-in offer. With the money we saved on sales tax, that turned out to be the better, easier deal for us, but I was really impressed with Jay's honesty, professionalism, follow-up and energy. I'm pretty sure I'm going the used car route for my next car. When I do, I'll be calling Jay and recommending him to all my local friends in the meantime. I'm not surprised to see so many reviews mentioning him by name as a great person to work with. He truly is.”
“If you’re looking for a TOP QUALITY auto body repair shop, Ira’s Collision is your place. I’m from Virginia & I was petrified that no one could schedule me to repair my car. I called around and finally spoke with Marcelo about my car. He scheduled me his earliest appointment available. Once there, Marcelo was very open and honest about the damages & price estimates regarding my car. As a woman, I TRULY hate dealing with car shops because i feel like someone is always trying to take advantage of me. That definitely wasn’t the case here. From start to finish, Marcelo was my point of contact and he was very informative about every detail regarding my car. While my car was being repaired, they scheduled me one of their rentals so I could get back & forth to work. I was expecting the repair to take DAYS. It only took ONE day. “The best service experience I have ever had. My car was scheduled for 40k service. The center did not see my booking coupon but did reduce price for me despite my not being able to find the coupon. There were warm and cold beverages and comfortable seating in the temporary area being used due to dealership’s construction. I was offered a ride anywhere. I did wander the lot and bumped into the photographer who was also in the lot. She was friendly, offered to help answer questions, she went above and beyond. My vehicle was ready on time. There was zero discussion on something extra I needed to do or buy. My car was freshly washed inside and out. Cost was less than expected, too. Best experience with staff at a service center ever!!”

“I had an awesome experience purchasing my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Jack Jeep. This was my first time purchasing a Jeep and I was traveling from out of state, so I was a little nervous. Although a couple minor hiccups arose (one with trade in and another with out of state registration) they quickly rectified the issues. I also didn't realize until I got home that the mats were not in the vehicle. After reaching out to them, they overnighted a brand-new set of mats to me at no cost. Really appreciate Kyle Collins and Michael K for their exceptional service. Highly recommend these guys!”
