“Pat at Thomaston Boat totally understands "Customer Service." I needed a part and it couldn't be found (pandemic, supply chain, chip, etc.) Not only did Pat find me one but he found me two that I needed. He went above and beyond what my local dealer would/could have done. Despite being hundreds of miles away from Thomaston, Pat treated me like I was his neighbor. Once he sent the parts, he continued to check in with me to make sure everything worked out well. And it did, thanks to Pat!!!”

“Five stars for Kariann and crew. We had been advised the tire on our all wheel drive was not repairable. We we facing replacing all four tires because the old tires and new tire were just different enough in diameter to cause issues with ABS and AWD.
In fact, the tire in question was repairable with patch and plug saving us $1200!!!
This is an honest shop with great staff. I will be doing all my tire business with them and sending all friends and family here.”
“We are from Georgia and problems with our 2020 GMC Sierra They ended up having to replace the turbo assembly. Matt went above and beyond to take care of us. He managed to get us a turbo when they were back ordered and only 8 dealers in the US had one,and none of those 8 wanted to give up one. Somehow he managed,while getting us a rental car and saved us from having to ship the truck back to Georgia. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days so it is such a welcome surprise when you get service like this. We can’t thank Matt and the service technicians that helped salvage our vacation enough. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department.”

We really needed a place to haul our boat in the fall of 2022 and they came through for us! Every one we dealt with in the boatyard this spring was really helpful. Mike got us launched and when we had trouble with a major repair needed, they got us taken care of as quickly as they could. Ryan, Adam, and Jonathanuu were all so friendly and understanding of our limitations in dealing with the needed repairs. They came to our mooring prepared to do the job, were super professional, protected the boat from damage while working and cleaned up thoroughly when done.
