“So the other night I called the Biddeford store about purchasing some DVDs. Young man I talked to was very polite. Not only that we had a few laughs. The next day I took my DVDs into the store. Turned out the guy that helped me was the young man I talked on the phone the prior evening. Had quite a conversation with the guys at the counter bunch of laughs too.They bought my DVDs. I got more than I thought I was gonna get. Very impressed! I’ll be going back again!”
“I love old books and old bookstores, and this is one of the best I’ve visited. So many books on Maine history which is my favorite! I’ve found some real finds for my collection and rare things I’ve wanted to find, for very reasonable prices! The downstairs is also packed with books and you’ll probably find something you want. Lots of paper ephemera too, postcards and other neat items. Friendly and helpful staff who know their stuff about the books. Could spend hours browsing! Worth a stop if you love history and books!”
