“Yesterday there was a misfire on one of the washers. I'd upgraded by 2 dollars to the Supreme after using a coupon. I told Jeff that my car didn't rinse on the last part of the cycle. I'd have been happy just getting a rinse cycle as the rest of the cycle was completed. Instead, he offered me 18$ cash or another coupon for a similar wash. i took the coupon. I appreciate the extra integrity.”

“Paid for the top tier touch free with ceramic. I feel like something wasn't working though, as at one point, the machine circled my car but didn't spray anything out other than a few little drips. I'm not even sure which step didn't work, however. It did a sorta okay job at cleaning at my car, but I feel like I got nipped out of the 20 bucks I spent. I go through similar machines/washes all the time and they seem to work better than this particular one.”
“I'm from NYC so I'm used to their also cleaning interior like mats etc but the do the most outstanding job on the outside. I never use the self service because I like that the care of having someone also taking care of the outside. Lucky to have them. Thank You so much!CB”
