“Had some issues with the vending machine not vending and the vacuums not working. Called the number got an immediate answer, which was awesome. I will admit I was frustrated so my attitude and language wasn't the best. Even though I was frustrated the person sent an employee right over. The employee was beyond nice and understanding and made sure I was fully reimbursed for the frustrations. Thank you so much for the understanding even through my not so nice frustration. We remain a true and prideful customer because they really do go above and beyond for their complaining customers. Thank you for dealing with my attitude and language, no need for it, but my frustration got the best of me this morning, and again great company with exceptional customer care and service.”
