“I had to share my experience with the care I received for my fur baby Waldo! He became sick when I was away for a night and I was a complete emotional wreck. I called here and Eliza was super kind and answered all my questions/ gave me guidance on what my options were.I came in for and appointment and I was helped by Jadon the vet tech. He was patient with me and was able to understand what I was trying to say about Waldo when my stressed mind couldn’t communicate. My grandfather was helping me out and with his older age and memory he kept coming in an out of the appointment. Jadon was super kind about it and non judgmental. It was super appreciated. Kathryn Nickerson the veterinarian, took care of Waldo and treated him for his infection and gave me very valuable information! She also was upfront about what each service would cost.she then left it up to me to choose what was best for Waldo which made me feel supported in this. Thank you all for all the hard work you do showing up for the fur babies and families!! Waldo is healing quick and back to chasing insects or anything he hunt, and then his usual basking in the sun begging for belly rubs and treats.”
