“We stayed here for 4 days to enjoy the surrounding area. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant (Shade) was amazing. We ate here two of the three nights because of how good it was. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious as well. I would highly recommended a stay here and plan to again when we come back to the area.”

“Essentially a standard extended hotel set up with the usual amenities plus free laundry machine use (be prepared to procure or bring along fave detergent). One issue though was the hospital like disinfectant smell of the room which can be offputting. While not close to main street Portland, still a comfy place to go home to after day long activities- not too far a drive. Plus, close to mall strips and just across the street, a suoermart, hammond.”

“This was our first visit to the Breakers and we were so impressed by the service. From the friendly check-in with a personal tour of the amenities to welcome drinks and coffee, tea, and muffins on site each morning with breakfast at the nearby Shade restaurant down the block it was the perfect relaxing getaway. Our room also had the most breathtaking views of Higgins Beach steps from the inn. It was so easy to have access to beach carts with chairs and umbrellas if needed, beach towels, water bottles that you can take as a souvenir, and bikes for those who want to explore. There is also excellent seating in multiple common areas indoors and outside where you can do work or catch up with friends and family. We can’t wait to come back!”
