“We spent the evening up on the rooftop bar at the Canopy Portland, and it was incredible. The views alone are worth the visit sweeping, open, and the perfect backdrop for a relaxed night out. The snacks were delicious, especially the everything fries, which were unexpected in the best way. The potato croquettes were crisp, creamy, and absolutely fantastic. Every drink we tried was bright, refreshing, and perfectly made. Already looking forward to our next visit this place is an easy favorite.”

“This hotel hits all the marks for travelers who do not wish to pay astronomical prices in Portland center.
It is clean. Recently updated. Suites are decent size with smallish bedroom and a nice living room. It is quiet - no air traffic sound at all (we were facing airport, but not active runway). Front desk is friendly. Breakfast definitely uses better ingredients than other chains.
The negatives are the shower / toilet layout - very little space to get in/out of shower.”
“Had such an incredible time here. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and curated. The hospitality from Maggie and Carolyn were nothing short of amazing. The breakfast spread each morning was lovely. The room was cozy and spacious. Location was walkable to many spots.”

“Although I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel due to a medical emergency, I wanted to leave a review to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. The management team handled my reservation with professionalism, compassion, and understanding during a very stressful time. While I can’t comment on the hotel itself, I can confidently say that their exceptional service and care made a difficult situation much easier. Based on that experience alone, I would not hesitate to book with them again.”
“Wonderful staff. Waited nearly two hours for the next ferry and had a great time enjoying the pub. Thanks Orlando & team! Appetizers and chowder were lovely. 3min walk from the ferry dock (as well as golf cart rentals).”

“This hotel is wonderful. They are so accommodating and kind. Rachel at the front desk helped us feel extra special for a girls trip with sparkling wine sent to the room and moved us to a bigger room. Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Can't wait to come back!”
“Percy Inn was so cute and a wonderful stay while in Portland. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and made it easy to navigate the city. We stayed in the Walt Whitman room and it was adorable and comfortable. The stairs were a little precarious but nothing crazy.”

“Within minutes to airport, staff was very friendly and will go out of there way to make sure you have what you need for your stay. The shuttle is very convenient and casual bar and dinner spot in hotel, with so many restaurants and the Maine mall within minutes away.”
“Nothing special but a clean, convenient hotel. Staff was pleasant. We did not visit either restaurant but the menus looked good. Right near Maine Turnpike, so it accessible to all Portland has to offer.”

“Very cheap, very quiet, hardly any other people in the rooms. Has a good parking lot for uber/door dash. Next to a bistro and Rec weed shop. And if you walk down Brighton Ave, turn right onto Rowe street and on the left at the end is a trail that leads on the right towards the jet port and maine mall direction.
Its a hidden GEM probably overlooked often. They let me check in early too, leave my bags. Strongly recommend.”

“We had such a delightful stay at the West End Collection! Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we especially loved the seating area in it. The made to order breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The study on the opposite side of the hall had a wonderful moody atmosphere and we loved reading there at night. This was a very tranquil and comfortable place to stay, about a 20 minute walk to downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.”
