They were patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They helped me box everything up properly and made sure everything was secure for shipping. “I usually never have a bad experience at this UPS store, but the manager, Joseph Loiselle was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and just unpleasant and that's putting it mildly. He wouldn't really help me or a woman in front of me that clearly needed assistance. Her and I both have not had any issues prior, but this guy wouldn't help at all. He wouldn't allow us to print a label even though we have been able to do it many times before. I honestly cannot understand how he became a manager.”
