“We had lost a cell phone in Italy and then it was found and shipped back to us. Since we had Assurion insurance on the phone we had already received a new phone. Nathan Hunter was able to transfer everything from the original phone to the new phone . It took quite a while but he was able to accomplish the transfer. He was extremely patient and understanding with us ( 2 senior citizens who are not really tech savvy)! The next day I returned to be sure that the phone was wiped clean and set back to factory settings so we can send it back to Assurion. Chris was very helpful in making sure that happened. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received.”

“My mom lost her phone so I went into the Gorham AT&T with an older phone and the guys were extremely helpful in adding a SIM card and making the older phone operational. They made the transition easy as they explained everything I needed to understand the process. Definitely good folks to work with. No hard upselling. She went out of her way to get me a new SIM card and reactivate me onto the network when she had literally nothing to do with the multiple errors that a Colorado AT&T employee made. “I recently needed to replace an old cracked screen phone and went to this U.S. Cellular location. I was looking for a particular iPhone model and color and called ahead to verify it was in stock and the customer service in store picked right up and said they could hold it since it was the last one they had in stock no problem. Thomas, my wireless consultant, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the phone as I had more than a few since it was a big upgrade from the phone I had last (iPhone 6S to iPhone Mini 13!). He also was straightforward with offering, but not pressuring re: options to change my plan and other aspects of the paperwork. Last he helped place screen protector and transfer all I needed. So all in all a five star customer service experience. My only gripe is this location, being in the mall, it has taken much longer other times in the past to get help when they are busy with only two or so areas to help customers get setup and that has led to longer wait times- so I'd call ahead like I did if it's a busier time a day. I also think for how long I've been a customer for they could offer money off accessories or a new phone . Obviously service varies depending on where you live and travel, but US Cellular has been good to me so I'll stick with them.”
“Recently transitioned to T Mobile from US Cellular. For reasons outside the store’s control, the migration was PAINFUL. That said, the staff at the store moved heaven and earth to make it happen as quickly as possible.”
