The best service experience I have ever had. My car was scheduled for 40k service. The center did not see my booking coupon but did reduce price for me despite my not being able to find the coupon. There were warm and cold beverages and comfortable seating in the temporary area being used due to dealership’s construction. I was offered a ride anywhere. I did wander the lot and bumped into the photographer who was also in the lot. She was friendly, offered to help answer questions, she went above and beyond. My vehicle was ready on time. There was zero discussion on something extra I needed to do or buy. My car was freshly washed inside and out. Cost was less than expected, too. Best experience with staff at a service center ever!!

From The General Manager to the Lot Attendant, every employee Ive had the honor of meeting has completely surpassed my expectations. Not only do I deliver vehicles to the service department as a Towing Company ( Wrecker & Crew Towing) I also own a Mercedes GLK350 and highly recommend this Dealership for Sales & Service!

On October 19, 2021 we purchased a 2021 S-Class 580 from this dealership. It was comparatively less expensive than other cars with similar miles and options. That is where the value has ended. Today is the second of November and the dealership has not sent back the funding request form necessary for our credit union to process the loan. In the interim, there has been an interest rate increase of .45%. We were given a temporary plate to drive the car, but not the necessary DMV of Maine paperwork. Additionally, in the online advertisement there were four pillows pictured with the car, when we received the car there was only one. I have the receipt that the dealership has agreed to replace them, but along with the other two items, all of these issues remain unresolved after many phone calls and text messages.The MB dealership of Scarborough does not reflect the company's values in any way. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright rude when "listening" to issues. Please, take your hard earned money elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

Excellent customer service. Neal, the service guy there, made me feel relaxed with no pressure and comfortable. He walked me through every detail without pressuring me into anything. He was very informative and even kinder to my daughters. Definitely look forward to working with him again on my service needs.

AVOID or suffer massive inconvenience. You will regret it and waste of lot time cutting thru their games of deception. To the manager--You have proven time and again you can't be trusted. The same goes for your smug ego-centric sales manager. This dealership is clueless and incompetent.

We were on holiday from Toronto. We lost a brake pad and needed new pads and rotors to continue with our vacation and to get home. When called on Wednesday, the service staff were more than helpful checking they had the part and squeezing us in Friday morning. We were on the road again by lunchtime. I can't thank the staff enough for ensuring we could continue our vacation and ride home.

Sometimes working out of trailers isn’t great for everyone. My job order was setting on Mohammed’s desk for 20 minutes while I was told my car was being washed. I took the ticket off his desk and got another service tech to handle the payment. My car wasn’t being washed. It was sitting locked behind the building. I obtained my keys from the young man assigned to wash it who was more interested in what was playing through his headphones. I have had mostly good luck with this dealership. Just not today. Praying I won’t need to service car again before they finish the work on their buildingNote: the service manager, Nicholas Dargie, followed up with me twice after this incident. They are working through the construction disruption. I appreciated his concern and outreach.

I really enjoyed working with the Mercedes Benz of Scarborough dealership. Especially Matthew Benson, our sales person. The whole team was professional and courteous. They were responsive and straightforward. A great experience and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from the dealership.

We scheduled a standard service for one of our Sprinter vans. We usually use a dealership further away but decided to give Scarborough a try. The soonest appointment they had was almost two months out. The day finally came and we dropped off the van on Friday for the appointment the following day. They called me later on Friday to tell me the normal Service “B” was going to be $2200, which is crazy for a one year old Sprinter. They called me the next day and said now they couldn’t do the service we had scheduled until the following Wednesday. We’re picking up the van and taking it somewhere else. This whole thing has been a waste of time. We will definitely not bring any of our Sprinters here again. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a Sprinter or use this dealership.

Scheduled "A" service for our Sprinter over a week in advance, received two confirmations. We were made to wait 50min before we could talk to someone. Finally met with Sam in his office. He was rude, condescending and sexist. He completely ignored my wife. He told us that they couldn't do the service that day, did not offer us a loaner car or even a ride. First he blamed us, then he blamed his call center, telling us they shouldn't have booked the appointment. Then he told us the price, it was more than double what we've paid at other dealerships. They wanted $1350 to change the oil and check the fluids! Despite having driven for several hours for this appointment we decided to leave. We found a different MB dealership who did the service 2wks later for half the price.

Bought a 2016 WRX from these guys yesterday on 9/11/23. My salesman Christian was stellar, super easy-going, low pressure, willing to negotiate on the price, awesome experience with him he gets 5 stars from me & deserves a fat raise! I give the dealership itself a 3 star, after filling out paperwork I was told they would have the title in 5-7 days, ended up waiting about 3 weeks. Not the salesman's fault, not necessarily the dealership's fault either, I blame the previous lien holder. Overall good experience 4 stars from me, if you plan on coming here ask for Christian!

Had the Schedule B service done on my Sprinter Van. Service person was excellent and the job was performed on time as I was told. Only one negative side note is I had hand prints, some grease I believe on the inside of 2 of my doors.

Vote of NO Confidence. This dealer is more interested in playing "games of deception" and making promises they can't keep.They muddy the water to make it seem deep. They don't do what they say they're going to do.The sales manager contradicted himself by first saying the transmission wasn't serviced and then it was. Did they ever recondition the car? I could never get an answer to that question either. It's the most dysfunctional dealer I've ever had to endure.I never received the documents I requested even after raising this with the dealership manager. She only addressed a portion of the questions. That's playbook they run here. Stall, deny, my dog ate it etc.Luckily for me, I've found 2 dealers with some options. One put an offer in writing. The difference between professionals and non-professionals.MBS (no pun intended with the Saudi reference) is clearly looking for a less discerning buyer who knows nothing about a bi-turbo and the risks associated with it.PERCEPTION: They took in a C450 with noisy timing chains on start up OR camshaft adjuster issue.NOTE: Mercedes addressed this problem by installing the new check valves and optimized chain tensioners if under warranty.SUMMARY:They could have saved a great deal of time and said they did not want to sell the car to me. Instead they wasted my time with games and dishonesty. I would be hesitant to service my car here even if I bought from them. They can't get out of their own way and lack transparency.
