Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides rental vehicles, often helping customers in urgent situations like car breakdowns or accidents. The actual rental locations are frequently described as having super friendly, courteous, helpful, upfront, and honest personnel who work hard to get customers a vehicle, even at short notice. The cars are typically in great condition, spotless, easy to drive, and have nice modern features. Customers report positive experiences with the local office staff, finding them fantastic and willing to work with them. However, there is a noted issue with their outsourced customer service line, which can give misleading information that does not match what the local location can provide. This disconnect can turn a potential great experience into a stressful and annoying one. Despite this problem with the central phone service, many customers are very happy with the service at the physical locations and would not hesitate to rent there again.
