“Ashley was great to work with. She got my bill up to date on the first day. And worked with me to get auto pay set up for me despite the challenges Verizon's Corporation tried to throw at us. She used her phone to call tech support and stayed on the phone with them for almost an hour trying to get my online account set up.
I would definitely recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for helpful service with friendly touch.”
