“You Broke It ! Is the best !! My husband ‘s phone was so dead. He’s had it for 3 years or more. Buying a new phone at Walmart was not in the budget. It was after closing hours and my husband needed his iPhone for work. The owner Jay & his wife met us at his business. He cleaned out the charging area and replaced the worn out battery for a new battery. Works like new. A whole lot cheaper than buying a new phone. His prices are lower than others. “Eric is awesome! I walked in with a couple other customers and he greeted us right away. Was very polite and patient, answered everyone’s questions swiftly and confidently. While I was there, 4 hours due to family issues NOT the stores fault, Eric handled 6-7 people with no issues. I felt bad that he was alone but he handled it well, acknowledged every customer and assured them he’d get to them asap. I had to trade in two phones and get new ones. It was a seamless transaction and I’m heading back tomorrow to set another family member up with a new phone. Great customer service, the store was comfortable and clean. I’d suggest this store to anyone!”

“I know enough not to go to the Waterville store on Friday Saturday or Sunday. That's when it's most busy. If you don't mind waiting quite a while then go anytime you want. I highly recommend being there exactly when the store opens. Otherwise reps are friendly, nice & helpful.”

“Love this location! Always very helpful and patient. My boyfriend had issues with his phone for a few days. They did everythi g they could anf gave us a 611 number. Had to call them to try and figure out the issue which unfortunately they could not. His phone was still under factory warranty and he only had to pay fifty for a new phone. They express shipped it overnight!He ended up having issues with setting up his new phone so we brought it back to this location. They were able to figure out the issue for set up and fix it within less than half an hour. The General Manager was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this location!”
