Packages left at the mailbox by the road, not even in the box beside the box instead of leaving a slip, and what a surprise, they were stolen. The mail person I spoke to was extremely rude

Hours are limited here but if you can get you can send a message to any one or any business in America for about a half a buck. Too of one star because they don't operate a bank at every post office offering bank services to people of all incomes as they do in Japan.
