“I had a leak in one of my tires that my husband kept adding air to and when I finally had time to deal with it, I called Don Foshay's. I didn't know that they didn't take appointments more than a day in advance until I called. I called the next day and was told they could get me in " if I could be there very soon ". I live about a half an hour away and got there as fast as I could. They got me right in, the waiting room was clean, golf was on TV and I was back on the road in 25-30 minutes.I think it cost $35, however when I got home I realized the tire air cap was missing. I didn't call and mention it because I honestly didn't want to drive back for it, not being from SoPo. Writing this reminds me I still need to get one. Frustrating because it's something I constantly forget to purchase and a silly thing for them to forget.”

“I thought I had a brake shoe fall off so after a few calls I decided on Bob Collins Auto for the repair. There was an awful grinding noise so I figured the rotor needed replacement as well. It ended up being the wheel bearing. Bob was straight forward from the start. I already had the break pads so all he had to do was put them on. He also replace both rotors and fixed the bearing. The cost was $200 cheaper the expected. Bob is an honest hard working man and I will be taking my vehicle to him for any work from now on.”

“I have had my 2017 Forester in to Pape for service several times. i have always had excellent service. Yesterday, I needed a new battery and Nathan came out to me to tell me the cost and I approved the cost. When I was paying for my service, Nathan gave my keys to another employee to bring my car inside for me. I do walk with a cane and this was very much appreciated. “These guys are stellar. Came here for service on my Volt, it'd been giving me brake errors and a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem quickly, identified exactly what was the matter, sat down with me 1 on 1, and we went over options in a very calm and friendly way. There was a very high degree of professionalism and knowledgeability, they didn't stick me with some intern or desk jockey. I really got the impression that they were on my side and wanted to put me back on the road safely, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into expensive extras. Parts were ordered on-time then when I came back for installation It was a very short wait. That's a four-star experience already. What pushes it to five is that while I was waiting on my second visit, one of the mechanics came in the waiting room and said "any of you fellas want some free pizza? We got a bunch of extra from Willows." That's holistic service. Could not be more satisfied.”

“I made a call to Berlin city to have my daughters car looked at, as I thought it was a recall item, lower control, arm and bolts were seized up due to salt problems in Maine.They stated that there was a hood latch recall only for this vehicle. I gave them the maintenance bulletin number that I was referring to that specifically talks about cam and lower control arm problems.When we showed up with my daughters vehicle, we reviewed the maintenance bulletin, and they said that they would have a look and most likely cover the lower control arms and bolts.This was by far no small undertaking buy them..They covered the cost of the parts and labor, and did it the very same day that we drop the vehicle off at 8 AM and they were done at 3:30 PM ahead of schedule.They kept in contact with me throughout the day on some other items that needed to be replaced that was part of the lower control arm on both sides replacement.I paid for the extra parts and labor per their recommendation.It has been a great experience, and the best I have had in a very long time (62 yr)at any auto dealerships!I would like to thank the service team Mr Hrom, Mr Decosta @ Berlin city, Maine Mall Rd., South, Portland MaineI would recommend Berlin city, Nissan, to anyone that owns a Nissan vehicle, and any other vehicles they drive!SincerelyRonald KelleyScarbrough, Maine”
