“My daughter got a new beta fish a few days ago from a local pet store and it was not doing well. We went to petco and the girl there was SO incredibly helpful. She spent so much time explaining everything we needed to know and helped us get a better setup for the new fish. She knew we didn’t want to spend a lot so she was very helpful in showing us what we really truly needed without pushing other stuff on us. We got the fish switched over to its new home and he is thriving and my daughter is SO happy. I was incredibly impressed with the selection of things they have there and the vast knowledge of the employee, she seemed much more knowledgeable than the lady at the local pet store that told us our fish would be fine in a small round fish bowl with no filter or heater!”
