Good Morning my friend is very stressed out right now. Her husband is in the hospital. She asked me to try to help her with Disney+ because it says she can get Disney+ for free with spectrum As a spectrum customer we’ve called twice and nobody is being helpful she doesn’t want to talk to spectrum person she wanted me to I give them her information and then they are rude and they’re not helpful

Go to Spectrum in Portland to get older and angrier. I went in to drop off old equipment. I was 1st in line. The 3 associates each had 1 customer. I watched patiently as all 3 of them took their sweet time apparently becoming best friends with their customers. I waited 45 minutes to complete a 1 minute transaction. At no point did any staff attempt to triage the needs of the customers in line or consider being more expeditious. I controlled my seething anger but was only motivated to do so because I found solace in the promise of writing this most deserved one star review.

Zero stars would be more fitting as I ordered WiFi on November 06th of 2023. Was told it would be hooked up by December 28th of 2023. Called to confirm this several times. The last time being December 26th. Was now told it won't be hooked up until January 25th of 2024. I wouldn't have even been notified of these changes had I not called. 3 months to have WiFi hooked up is a bit outrageous. You would think I lived way out in the middle of nowhere however, I reside right next to the town hall. There is no excuse good enough to validate such incredible disorganization, lack of customer service and lengthy waiting.

The workers at the store close the location earlier than advertised every day, when people show up within the alotment of time to do business with them, they will refuse them business because they are "closing" (shouldn't that happen after they close?)also that fact is a secret, they lock the door 15 minutes prior to advertised closing. No recourse, just this is the way it is. super cool much like this monopoly's other branches of customer service. Spectrum please get better we are at your mercy and you dont make it easy to work with you.

It's truly dreadful when you know you have to make a call or visit to Spectrum. The constant pestering from employees to upsell you on phones and internet and video services is beyond frustrating. How am I to feel like I've chosen a trustworthy service when it's thirty minutes of jumping through hoops of "save this by signing up for this" and "what phone do you have because we offer this?" There's no reason I need to be on the phone for 30 minutes because 19 of those 30 minutes are just scam-like behavior from employees. They are trained to use deceiving language and questions, and it's not fair especially to those who are uneducated or have ESL. Shameful behavior and company, and should there be another option for internet in this state, I would switch almost immediately.

This service is a joke. A major conflict in the Middle East and we cannot get news programs for the past 12 hours.When Spectrum is down, as it too frequently is, they should not be permitted to charge customers for service.

Had a very good experience here, transferring my existing cell phone from Mint Mobile to Spectrum Mobile. The person who did the transfer was friendly and fast. There were some hiccups in the process but they weren't his fault, and he handled them well. The coverage I now have with Spectrum Mobile is far superior to what I had with Mint Mobile.

Terrible costumer service, long wait times, mediocre product and exorbitantly high rates. When the business model is "hope our customers don't relive they can leave" it's time to get a new provider. They ran a monopoly for too long and can't function. Glad I got rid of them. Despite making returning my equipment a nightmare.

Got here at ~6:45pm on Thursday and the doors were already locked. Watched one of the employees peek their head from the back room look at me and then laugh. All i needed was to buy a case for the phone I just bought from SPECTRUM. I will never recommend anyone to this location.

I visited Spectrum to explore purchasing a basic, new iPhone. At a previous store, the price did not include a trade in option and the cost to transfer the data from my current cell phone was going to cost almost $100. Josh was assigned to me. Throughout, he was pleasant, welcoming and very, very helpful. The iPhone I was interested in was for sale at Spectrum. I had many questions, which Josh answered with great kindness and patience. He also offered information which enabled me to more fully comprehend the features of the phone. This particularly helped to choose the ID access that would be best for me.I was greatly pleased to learn the trade in option would save me $105. toward the iPhone and that there was no charge to transfer the data to the new phone.Josh was so enjoyable to work with. He was friendly whereas I enjoyed chatting with him while the data was being transferred to the new iPhone.Thank you, Josh!

Awful experience. Barely any employees working. Some customers taking 40 min to learn about every detail of package options while some just need to pick up equipment and go. Please do better. It’s not difficult. There must be some solutions.Edit: The store obviously doesn’t care if you forward the feedback to them. Look at the history of complaints about the exact same things I mentioned. Corporate needs to step in.

Waited 3 hours for two families to buy and setup multiple mobile phones. Need a store employee assigned for those of us who do not need a mobile phone transaction, but a spectrum cable, inet, landline service transaction.

Do not use the Spectrum app for TV. It's the worst. I think they make it terrible so users get so frustrated they opt to rent a cable box. Don't use this service it's the absolute pits.

Arrived at the store around 5:45pm to return cable equipment and pay current bill. While signing in I noticed at least 8 or 9 parties of people ahead of me. There were 2 Spectrum employees. I asked a few waiting customers how long they had been waiting and both said over 45 minutes. I decided to do a bit of shopping nearby and would go back to the store once I received a text that my turn had arrived. Never received the text. For the price we pay for Spectrum services, it's ridiculous they don't employ more people to help their customers. I "cut the cord" and couldn't be happier, but still have to deal with returning equipment within 2 weeks.
