“Other than having your child pick a bear or other animal to have stuffed I had no idea how Build-A-Bear worked before walking in the door there on Dec. 28th. And of course being Christmas week and the kids off school the place was crazy busy.But I have to say I was so impressed with all the young people working that day. They had smiles on their faces and were polite and helpful in answering my questions. My little 7-year-old Friend was just so happy with her new stuffed dragon Toothless that she left with.I'd highly recommend this Build-A-Bear location!!P.S.- when I commented while checking out on how happy I was with my experience I was shocked to learn that they actually were a little shorthanded that day. You'd have never known it!”
