Associate (I think their name was Duncan!) was a very lovely host, made it clear that they care for what they do and value our experience as customers. Partner and I went in for his birthday and ended up leaving with 3 extra plushies at a good price lol.

I absolutely love Build-A-Bear. My experience today was incredible, I'm 20 years old but one of the employees (I think their name is Duncan) made me feel like a kid again. Highly recommend taking your kids here. Or just going here yourself.
