I did not realize that the truck I ordered did not have a ramp, and he was able to rearrange things so that I could get a larger truck with a ramp and was very accommodating. He even went as far as to recommend someone who could fix an issue with my car that he saw when he walked by and saw it and they did the same day! Really above and beyond what he needed to offer in terms of customer service.”
