Called inquiring about an item. In a nutshell, was informed the site pulls up everything from the Manchester NH warehouse, the store doesn't have the item. Gentleman hung up the phone instead of closing the conversation. Truly unimpressed.

I rarely go in here because the staff is really unpleasant and the prices are really high. But I needed an item and they were the only store open on a Sunday. Nothing has changed for the better. Prices are still high and staff is still unpleasant.

Large selection. They carry typical hardware store items as well as household items, seasonal and much more. Prices are slightly higher than other stores but the convenience of grabbing everything you need in one stop can be with it
