“I always like going to this Rockler store. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they carry some nice items and supplies. The item I was after happened to be out of stock today, but it can be ordered easily enough. Based on what I have overheard, this is a good place for both experienced woodworkers and novices. Staff are very respectful and almost always able to assist. Definitely recommended.”
“A true gem! I love this store. The folks (and cats) here are a delight. They have a great selection of gardening items and very cute gift shop section alongside the usual hardware store items which is so nice. The music and vibe are also A+. Any excuse I have to go here is a treat.”
“I wanted to recognize Matthew at Harbor Freight for providing truly exceptional customer service. He absolutely exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he was able to find exactly what I needed in what felt like seconds.
Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the products and their proper applications, but he was also friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such excellent customer service.
Employees like Matthew make a lasting impression and are a huge asset to your company. In my opinion, he would make an outstanding store manager, and he certainly deserves recognition, a promotion, or a raise for the level of service he provides. Thank you, Matthew, for making my shopping experience such a positive one!”
“This place is amazing. It is always Christmas when you go in and they do not have computers. Seriously. Old school business that always has the pipe you are looking to lay”

“Well stocked and friendly helpful service. What more do you need? Stopped in for last minute painting supplies and returned the next morning for a return of one extra item. No issues, promptly refunded. Really great to have a place like this in town.”
