I dropped off and picked up the box trucks multiple times. I never had a problem. I had to take pictures of the truck before driving off. I like to use the in person check in.

Super easy and helpful. I have done two returns and I have not only been guided to the correct location (google maps sent me to a dead end behind the actual business) they were kind and hilarious. What a great combination! Thank you!!
