I have been a long-term customer, buying multiple pieces over the years. I started peace mailing sets together for my daughter for her birthday when she was 12 or 13. I had bought a rose gold necklace that for her 16th birthday, which she had somehow been misplaced. She was devastated that she couldn’t find it.

Fast-forward to July 20, I went into the Maine mall location in South Portland see if I could replace the necklace for her 18th birthday, which was upcoming on July 22, to find out that the piece had actually been retired.

The store manager not only looked up the piece from my purchase history, located they remaining two in existence for sale, but also contacted the Connecticut location, had the piece ordered to be sent to my home in Maine, and paid for via link all in a matter of minutes.

The Connecticut store, quickly overnighted, me the necklace, which I received hours before her 18th birthday.

This level of customer service is truly unmatched. Swarvoski always had me as a customer her life based solely on the quality of the product, but now I will absolutely be a customer for the incredible customer service that I received in the situation.
