Something as simple as replacing our license plate lights (which we had gotten pulled over for the night before) was proving quite difficult. Everyone was so invested in getting us taken care of and finding us just the right parts. They even offered to help install the bulbs for us, but my pride simply wouldn’t accept that much help (although the offer was very kind).”
