The insurance estimate was low (of course) but it wasn't my problem, they made sure every piece needed was replaced right down to the proper plastic clips on trim. “Mark Cobb came highly recommended by a seasoned and respected professional in the auto repair industry. My own insurance company declined to pay full damages caused by another insured driver. They used excuses ranging from betterment to after market parts and more. Mark guided me through the appraisal and umpire process, which would’ve been impossible on my own. The insurance companies know how to fight. But they didn’t win with Mark on my side. I had a deposit in my account within 24 hours of the insurance company losing their fight. I hope you don’t need him, but if you do, he won’t leave you hanging.”
